A Healthful Diet Webquest

In this unit we have been learning about the components of a healthy diet.
We have talked about nutrient groups, vitamins, minerals, and the food guide pyramid.
Additionally, we have talked about identifying different components of a Nutrition Facts
label and how it is important to exercise as well as eating healthy for an overall healthier
body.

Your Assignment: For the next week make a journal of everything you eat. Make sure you include information about your food including calories (according to serving size), calories from fat, amount of sodium, and anything else you want to include. Remember, the more detailed you are the better your grade will look. When you complete the week, I want you to write a reflective paragraph on the week telling me how you think you did. 

NOTE: I want you to know that it will be really hard to cheat off of a friend for this assignment. The chances that you ate the same thing as your friend on the same night is very unlikely. I will know if you copy off of someone, and I will be very unhappy, especially because of how easy this assignment is.
