Ms. Baysinger's Class
For the next week you will be recording everything you eat. I do not care what you eat for the first couple of days, so get those cheeseburgers and french fries out of the way! As the week goes on you should make a conscious effort to 1.) Eat healthy foods (this means foods that are low in Fat, Saturated Fat, and Sodium) 2.) Meet the recommended calorie intake for the group you fit in that we talked about in class (For most of you that is about 2,200 calories) and 3.) Record as many things as possible about the food you eat. If this means going online and finding out the nutritional value for something you eat then DO IT! After you are done, you will reflect on your eating habits for the week and tell me how you think you did in a 1-2 paragraph analysis.
